Snips reserves the right to change pricing or features associated with any subscription, with advance notice provided via the app or by email where appropriate.

7. Refunds and Fraud Protection.

Except as required by law or specifically stated otherwise, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to subscriptions, virtual goods, and one-time purchases.

If we suspect any payment fraud, abuse of refund systems, or manipulation of features to gain unauthorized benefits (including exploiting bugs or using fake credentials), we may:

• Block or reverse transactions.

• Suspend or permanently terminate your account.

• Reclaim or disable access to Virtual Goods.

• Share your information with payment processors, law enforcement, or relevant fraud databases as permitted by law.

8. Service Materials, Trademarks, and Feedback.

All content available on or through the Service (excluding User Content) is owned or licensed by Snips and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This includes videos, designs, software, logos, and the "look and feel" of the app.

Snips’ name and logos are trademarks of Snips Inc. You may not use them without prior written consent.

If you submit comments, suggestions, or other feedback to us, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you. You waive any moral rights or claims associated with such submissions.

9. User Content.

You retain ownership of any content you upload, such as comments, usernames, or profile images ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant Snips a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display your content in connection with the Service and its promotion.

You agree not to upload or post any content that is:

• Infringing, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or deceptive.

• Designed to manipulate or mislead the Service’s recommendation or monetization systems.

• Promoting scams, unauthorized marketing, hate speech, or illegal activity.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend users at our sole discretion.

10. Virtual Currency and Goods.

Snips may offer in-app items such as tokens, coins, or unlockable episodes ("Virtual Goods"). These are for entertainment use only, have no real-world value, and are not redeemable for cash or transferable.

All Virtual Goods are non-refundable and may be modified, removed, or revoked at any time without liability. You receive a limited, non-sublicensable license to use Virtual Goods within the Service.

Attempting to buy, sell, trade, or transfer Virtual Goods outside of Snips is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

11. Termination.

Snips may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any reason, including violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or prolonged inactivity (12+ months). You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support or deleting the app.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will end and access to Virtual Goods and content may be revoked. Snips is not responsible for storing or recovering your data after termination.

We reserve the right to deny future use of Snips to individuals who have violated these Terms or caused harm to our systems, community, or partners.

12. Legal Protections.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snips and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

We reserve the right to investigate and prosecute any violation of these Terms to the fullest extent of the law.

13. Privacy Rights.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNIPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $50 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

16. Acceptable Use Policy You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes.

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud others.

• Upload malware or disruptive code.

• Exploit, cheat, or reverse-engineer any feature.

• Circumvent any restrictions or security mechanisms.

Snips may suspend or terminate users who violate these rules. Repeated or egregious violations may result in permanent bans and legal action.

17. Copyright / DMCA Notice.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, contact legal@snipstv.com with a valid DMCA notice. Include your signature, details of the work, and the alleged infringement.

We may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly infringe others' rights.

18. Export Control and International Use.

Snips is operated from the United States. If you access the Service internationally, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. You may not use the Service in countries subject to U.S. embargo or on U.S. government restricted lists.

19. Miscellaneous.

These Terms are the full agreement between you and Snips. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
